Around a fondue accompanied by a traditional live music… evenings at the Edelweiss restaurant are unforgettable. On the “A la carte” menu, you’ll find recipes developed using an exclusive selection of the best local products. Entertainment is provided by a folk band while you enjoy your meal. The programme includes both typical swiss songs as well as the famous yodel which was used by shepherds to communicate with each other from one hill to the next in former times.
For a more intimate evening, you can reserve your table in "Le Chalet", an authentic chalet that was dismantled and brought in from the Valais region and then rebuilt in central Geneva.
